Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by AgentAny("AgentAny," "we," "us," or "our"), including SEOAny and any other vertical AI agents we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

AgentAny builds vertical AI agents that perform work on your behalf — for example, SEOAny audits, plans, and ships SEO, GEO, and AEO optimizations. The Services may evolve over time as we add features and new agents. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Trials

• Paid plans (Starter at $49/month and Pro at $199/month) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, until cancelled.
• By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, including any taxes, on each renewal date.
• Any free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
• You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are described on our pricing page and may change with prior notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• violate the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or interfere with their operation;
• use the Services to generate spam, deceptive content, or content that violates third-party platform policies.

5. Customer Content & Data

You retain ownership of the websites, accounts, analytics, and other content you connect to the Services ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited licence to access and process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to connect any property to an agent.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, models, designs, and trademarks, are owned by AgentAny or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular SEO, traffic, or ranking outcome will be achieved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentAny will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
