Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for AgentAny subscriptions, including SEOAny. We want pricing to be fair and transparent.
1. Subscriptions
AgentAny plans (Starter at $49/month and Pro at $199/month) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Each payment covers the upcoming one-month billing period.
2. Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged for the first billing period. You can cancel during the trial at any time with no charge.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
4. Refunds
- 14-day satisfaction window. If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund of that charge.
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge, contact us and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charges.
- Renewals. Recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has begun, except where required by law. If you forgot to cancel, reach out — we review these on a good-faith, case-by-case basis.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@agentany.dev from the address associated with your account, including the charge date and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
